Contact us through the form, providing the preliminary date, number of Guests, and the most important information regarding the event. Based on this, we will prepare an individual offer within 24 hours.

After selecting a convenient date, we make a temporary reservation for 14 days so that you can make your decision calmly.

The confirmation of the Wedding organization is the signing of the contract and the payment of a deposit of 1,000 PLN.

Upon signing the contract, it is possible to make a preliminary reservation of rooms for Guests.

Settlement for the organization of the event is done in stages.

• No later than 4 weeks before the planned ceremony, an amount equal to 50% of the total value of the event must be paid.
• The remaining balance is to be settled after the event — please make the payment within 3 days from the date of the ceremony, in accordance with the final cost statement.

About a month before the event, at a meeting, we discuss the detailed wedding plan, menu, room arrangement, attractions, and logistical matters.

About 7 days before the reception, please provide the final number of Guests, which allows us to finalize all organizational aspects.

On the Wedding Day, our team oversees the entire event, coordinating every element of the reception according to prior arrangements, so that everything runs smoothly, calmly, and in a unique atmosphere, allowing you to fully focus on celebrating and experiencing this day.
